Meet The Maker

Hello and welcome to our shop.

My name is Ed, my beautiful wife's name is Teri. Sinister Hyde Leather began in the early 2000s in the small town of Garland, Utah as a hobby and has become more than what we could have imagined at that time. I worked in the Telecomm industry for over 23 plus years and decided one day that I needed to make a life course direction and a decision to make this a full-time commitment and pursue what makes me happy. We have poured our heart and soul into this business and absolutely love what we do and take great pride in constructing handmade leather goods one at a time and made right here in the USA.

As makers of these leather goods, we find it very important to make sure that the suppliers and vendors we buy things from are local and or made in the USA, meaning that what goes into the tanning of the hides or manufacturing of the products we use is based on tradition and hard work quality and produced within the USA. We proudly use Wickett & Criag, Herman Oak, Horween, SB Foot leather along with other leather tanneries to produce the fine quality leather items we make. Even though prices might seem more on the higher side, we can rest easy knowing that everything was made by hand and will last a lifetime here in the USA.

Thank you so much for visiting our hometown shop and we hope that you enjoy these products and that they last you a lifetime and can be passed down to the next generation...
